Possible typo in handbook

Hi there,

On the handbook page for sudo
<https://www.freebsd.org/doc/handbook/security-sudo.html>, I believe
NOPASSWORD should be NOPASSWD. Using the former gives a syntax error in
visudo; the latter is accepted as correct.

You are correct; fixed at r49147 and should appear on the website within
the hour.
